1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use the link provided to follow the shipment through the carrier’s website.

Processing Schedule

Orders for in-stock items placed during business days typically ship the same day, pending payment verification.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Fridays or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.


2. Damaged or Missing Items

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Contact us immediately so we can file a carrier claim.
  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund.

Do not return items before contacting us, as this may delay resolution.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $149.00, excluding:
Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery: 3–8 business days after processing
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS

Express Shipping

  • Delivery: 2–3 business days after processing
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the next business day
  • Additional fee applies
  • Before placing your order, call us to confirm availability.

Overnight Air Express

  • Delivery by the next business day
  • Valid for orders placed before 11:30 AM ET (Mon–Thu)
  • Additional fee applies
  • Before placing your order, call us to confirm availability.

4. Delivery Requirements

  • Most shipments require a signature on delivery.
  • Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up directly from the carrier.
  • For delivery coordination, contact our support team.

5. Order Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may require additional verification.

You will receive a verification notice within one business day if additional information is needed.


6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

APO/FPO deliveries typically require 6–8 weeks.


7. Processing Time for Out-of-Stock Items

For products not currently in stock, please allow 10–15 business days for handling and processing before shipment.


8. International Orders

Shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
In-stock products typically arrive within 4–10 business days after processing.

Customs & Duties

  • Import taxes, duties, and customs fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Detectors Pro does not calculate or pay these fees.
  • Verify your country’s import costs before placing an order.

If an international shipment is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for all incurred taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs.
