If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at detectorspro@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please first return the original product.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
