Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Click the tracking link to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Orders for in-stock items placed during business days are typically shipped the same day, subject to payment verification. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will open a damage claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Please do not return the merchandise before contacting us, as this may delay resolution.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $299.99.
Free shipping excludes the following locations: Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Orders in stock typically arrive within 3–8 business days after processing. Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days after processing (payment required). Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, ship the next business day.
- Overnight Air Express: Delivery the following business day for orders placed before 11:30 AM ET, Monday–Thursday (payment required).
Delivery Requirements
Most shipments require a signature upon delivery. Someone must be present at the shipping address to sign for the package.
Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up directly from the carrier. If you need assistance arranging delivery, please contact our support team.
Order Verification
To protect customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, some orders may require verification before processing.
If your order requires additional verification, you will receive an email notification within one business day.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time for Out-of-Stock Products
For items not currently in stock, please allow 10–15 business days for handling and processing before shipment.
International Orders
We ship internationally via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
In-stock products usually arrive within 4–10 business days after processing.
Customs and Import Duties
Import taxes and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Detectors Pro is not responsible for calculating or paying these fees.
We recommend verifying applicable import costs in your country before placing an order.
If an international shipment is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or return shipping costs incurred as a result.
