Long-range metal detectors locate metals buried for many years by detecting subtle environmental changes caused by these metals.

These detectors use bio-energy interaction, ionization technology, electromagnetic field detection, advanced microprocessor analysis, long-term soil disturbance detection, and sensor fusion. The longer the burial time, the easier it is to detect these metals due to more pronounced ion fields and electromagnetic signatures.

Practical Testing Methods:

  • Field Testing in Historic Sites: Test in areas with known buried metal objects, like historical battlefields or archaeological sites (with permission).
  • Using Known Buried Objects: Test in places where long-buried metals are documented, such as old farm fields or construction sites.
  • Avoid Air Testing: Do not test with unburied or freshly buried metals. These detectors work by detecting ionization fields around long-buried metals, unlike hobby detectors.
  • Avoid testing inside houses, buildings, or other structures: numerous cables, electrical systems, and other factors can interfere with the long-range detector's performance.

My favorite part of the TF-Mini is how discreet it is. I scanned several spots without drawing attention, yet the signals were strong and clear. Perfect for quick treasure checks in hard-to-reach places

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

I took the TF-Mini out to an old park I’ve searched for years. It gave me a solid signal right next to a tree root, and I pulled out a small old coin I must’ve passed many times. Hard to believe such a small detector has this kind of accuracy

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

Worth the price, but I wish it allowed selecting a specific target to search for. That would save a lot of extra digging lol. So far though, it has helped me discover some good targets.

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

The TF-Mini fits in my pocket, so I carry it everywhere now. While hiking, I scanned a small area near a creek and found a piece of metal debris buried under rocks. It turned a normal walk into a treasure hunt instantly

Markus L 5/5

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

Signal processing is clean and the device locks onto targets quickly. The lightweight design makes it ideal for extended scanning, and the response tones are clear and easy to interpret

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

Detectors Pro shipped my TF-Mini super fast. I was surprised by how accurate it is for such a small device. Great tool for quick scans and fast treasure checks

MWF TF-MINI Metal & Treasures Detector

Comfortable, easy to set up and use, accurate at the moment to find a target, the only con is you don't know what type of target exactly it is, just a precious metal, I'd recommend to carry another detector, but really worth it for the price.
